Function : It acts as dough conditioner, dough strengthening for better volume and grain structures with anti-staling properties to help increase shelf life of baked products. Ideal for the production of soft breads and other bread alike.
Usage : 0.5% to 1.0% based on total flour weight

INSTAFERM GOLD Instant Dry Yeast for baking industry
Description : Instaferm® GOLD Instant Dry Baker’s Yeast is instant dry baker’s yeast with considerably higher fermentation activity than traditional yeasts. It is a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae produced by a special fermentation process and patented drying process.
Appearance : Free flowing granular cylindrical rods
Color : Light fawn color
Odor : Neutral to slightly fruity odor
APPLICATIONS
